KHANPUR: Ten persons were killed and 22 others injured, six of them seriously, when a speeding coaster collided with a trailer, coming from opposite direction at Adda Faridabad on Wednesday.

Seven of the dead were identified as Nazir Hussain, Abid Hussain, Jandan Mai, Mohammad Ramzan, Shahida and her two children while names of three dead persons could not be ascertained.

According to details, a coaster (MNQ-3697) was going to Alipur from Khanpur when it reached near Faridabad it collided with a trailer (NCL-880109).

The condition of six persons is stated to be critical.

The injured were shifted to Rahim Yar Khan and Zahir Pir hospitals for treatment.ÑAPP
