condemmed

ISLAMABAD: Izhar Amrohvi, Secretary and spokesman, PPP Parliamentary group, on Saturday strongly condemned attack on Nawabzada Nasrullah's house.

It is extremely regrettable that the man who has devoted his life to fight against repression is being harassed simply because of the reason that he is cooperating with the government with principled stands.

It is his greatness that he has not named any group responsible for the cowardly attack on his residence just to avoid prolonging of the matter.

However, it is known to every one who were those people. The people had not still forgotten the unjustified mud slinging by PML (N) on Nawabzada in the National Assembly that another untoward incident occurred.

Undoubtedly these were the workers of those elements who had cast aspersions on Nawabzada Sahib just for having official cars.

Izhar Amrohvi added the opposition has a right to protest against any move of the government which is wrong in their view point but damaging the public buildings and government's property is not the proper way. They must agitate but not at the cost of damage of public property.

He said that If some one has some differences with Nawabzada Sahib the democratic way must be adopted. Nawabzada Nasrullah has rightly said that he himself has been agitating but he never instigated his workers for destruction of public and government property nor any political leader was harassed in this way. This is absolutely uncivilised and undemocratic he said.-APP
