APC to observe Paryer Day for Kashmiris tomorrow

KARACHI: The All Parties Conference (APC) on Kashmir, Convened by Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi resolved on Thursday to observe Friday (April 5) as Prayers Day in the province and hold a demonstration of all parties at Karachi Press Club on April 8.

The resolution, passed on the occasion of the APC at Idarae Noor-e-Haq, the local head office of JI, asked the Ulema and Khateeb to highlight in their speeches at Juma congregations about Jihad of Kashmiri freedom fighters and condemn the atrocities being committed by Indian occupied forces.

The resolution condemned the recent wave of Indian atrocities on Kashmiri Muslims and asked the Government of Pakistan to take practical steps for solution of Kashmir problem.

The APC also condemned the brutal killing of chief of Jamu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Shabir Siddiqui and noted Human Rights activist, Jalil Andrabi .

The local leaders of almost all religious political parties and some Members of National Assembly (MNAs), leaders of other groups attended the APC.-APP
