PAC team
leaves for UK
ISLAMABAD: A six-member delegation of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on Saturday left for Britain to study the system of accountability adopted by House of Commons.
The delegation headed by PAC Chairman Rao Hashim, also includes representatives of the opposition. Other members of the delegation are Ch Nisar Ali, Sahibzada Nazir Sultan, George Clement, Pir Abbas Shah and Asad Hayat.
The delegation will study the British legislature's accountability system to formulate more effective system of its own, said the Committee, Chairman of before leaving for UK.
He said during the week-long visit they would study the procedure about the implementation of PAC decisions and its working.-APP
