LIVERPOOL: Prospects for ample supplies over the next few months continued to colour spinners' attitude towards covering their raw cotton requirements, industry sources said.

Only the cheapest offers in circulation, typically for central Asian medium to better grades, or for Greek and Argentine low grades, attracted any real buying interest from mill buyers.

With yarn prices also remaining under pressure, the raw cotton market in most parts of Europe presented a decidedly dull appearance.-Reuter
