LAHORE: The Company Bench of the Lahore High Court has issued notices to both the Chief Executives of the Dandot Cement on 18 different miscellaneous applications filed by the employees investors of the factory.

Through these applications the constitution of the 'Employees Trust' the successful bidder of the Dandot Cement Factory Company was challenged.

It was prayed that the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies re-directed to cancel the registration of any such trust because employees had not authorised any group of people to do so.

The counsel for the respondent Trust A Hafiz Pirzada appeared before the court and asked the court to fix the case for arguments.

The learned bench has fixed May 12 as next date of hearing.
