LAHORE: Jae Kap Sung, Vice Chairman - LG Group of Republic of Korea, accompanied by a 10 - member high powered delegation, is arriving Lahore on Thursday April 25, 1996 on a 3 days visit to Pakistan.

During this trip, he would be visiting the Pak-Korea Joint Venture DOP (Di-Octyle Phthalate) Plant with 20,000 MTPY capacity, Qaiser - LG Petrochemicals (Pvt) Ltd at Bahikhi, District Sheikhupura on Friday the April 26, 1996.

The Korean Ambassador in Pakistan, H E Dr. Chang Soo Koh, would also participate in the function.

LG, established in 1947, when the Korean economy was still in its infancy, has played a major role in Koreas economic development over the past half century. Today, LG Group is active on the world stage in every one of its business areas; Chemicals and Energy, Electric and Electronics, Machinery and Metal, Trade and Services and Finance.

Jae Kap Sung and his delegation would also visit Port Qasim on Saturday April 27, 1996 to explore possibilities for investment in the fields of Petrochemicals and Oil Refineries.
