Earlier addressing junior officers, Dr Waqar Masood, Additional Secretary (Financial Affairs), Prime Minister Secretariat, said that the structural reforms introduced by the Benazir government has brought stability to the macro-economic of the country.

He said the government's power policy was unique, as it provides an ultimate opening to the foreign investment. He said major project, which might contribute considerably to the national exchequer, had not been started during the 80's which has brought a disastrous effect to the country's economy.
