Free distribution

of text books to

primary school girls

SUKKUR: A scheme of distribution of text books free of cost to all female students of girls primary schools has been launched throughout the Sukkur Division.

In this connection funds have been provided by the World Bank and the distribution of books is being made by the concerned District Administration through the Education Department. The exercise of distribution of books to the female students of girls primary schools will be completed by April 25 in the District Sukkur, Ghotki, Nawabshah, and Naushehro Feroze, while the last date fixed for Khairpur district is May 5.

364 girls primary schools in Khairpur district, 200 in Naushehro Feroze, 119 in Ghotki 100 in Nawabshah and 66 in Sukkur district.

The Deputy Commissioner Sukkur Sabago Khan Jatoi visited girls primary schools Nasirabad, Jaferabad, Kando Wahan, and Farsh where he distributed text books among the girl students of the primary school.-PPI
