ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr Justice Sajjad Ali Shah has been advised by the doctors to take rest for a couple of days.

The Chief Justice, who was shifted to his home from the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) of the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) did not attend his office on Tuesday.

He remained admitted to the AFIC for five days after acute anginal problem. He remained under treatment of Major General Mohammad Yousuf, Commandant and Chief Executive AFIC, who was assisted by Brigadier Masood-ur-Hasan Noori.

According to the family sources, the Chief Justice will attend his office after Eid holidays. They pointed out that Wednesday (April 24) will be the last working day of the Supreme Court before Eid-ul-Azha.-PPI
