'misquoted' about

KARACHI: Senator Ilyas Ahmed Bilour, President FPCCI has condemned the malicious campaign launched in a section of the press by some vested interests to divide the business community, says a press release.

In a statement issued to the press the FPCCI president said that of late reports are apearing in a section of the press which are trying to blow out of proportion a letter addressed to former chairman of the various standing committees of FPCCI which was a matter of routine. He said that his remarks about Kalabagh Dam have been misquoted by daily Qaumi Akhbar, Karachi and it seemed to be an attempt to create a wedge between the government and the business community.
