F'abad dry port
to remain open
on Friday
RECORDER REPORT
FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Dry Port will remain open on Friday to handle the import and export consignments.
This was stated by Syed Mumtaz Haider Rizvi, Collector Customs Faisalabad while inaugurating the "Executive Block" at dry port here on Tuesday.
He said that skeleton staff of Customs Directorate will be deputed to clear the export consignments during holidays. He told that head of the National Bank has promised to set up special booth for the collection of government duties on Friday and Saturday also.
He hoped that this arrangement will help in increasing exports from this port.
