LAHORE: Participants of the First Asian Ombudsmen Conference recently concluded at Islamabad visited Lahore High Court here on Thursday.

According to a LHC press release,the delegation led by Mr.Zuo Lianbi, Vice Minister of Supervision, Peoples Republic of China called on the Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Mr Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Khan in his Chamber and later was introduced to the Judges of the Lahore High Court in the Committee Room where they exchanged views on matters of nutual interest. The Chief Justice also presented crests of the Lahore High Court to eleven dignitaries.

The recipients include Zuo Lianbi, Hojetoleslam Syed Ibrahim Raisi, Head of General Inspection Organization Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran; Mr Justice Ali Yilraz, Examinizing judge, International Law and Foreign Relations Department, Turky; Mohammad Ali Yousaf, Deputy Director General, Public Complaints Bureau, Prime Minister's Department, Malaysia, Faisal Ali Ghareeb, Asstt: Under Secretary, Council of Ministers, Kuwait; Luis de Mendonca Freitas, High Commissioner, Alto Commissariado, Rua Sanches, Macau; Dae Kya Shin, Ombudsman, Korea; Dr. Ali Abdul Kareem Al Nijaidi, Director General, Ministry of Justice, Iraq; Dr.Abed Ali Shakhanbeh, President, Bureau of Administrative Inspection & Control, Jordan and Dr.Mohammad Al-Iryani, Chairman, Yemen.
