Iranian Foreign Minister, Ali Akbar Velayti on Tuesday called on Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto at Prime Minister House and delivered an invitation of President Ali Akbar Hashmi Rafsanjani for attending the inauguration of rail-link between Iran and Central Asian States.

The inaugural ceremony of Iran-Turkmenistan rail-link will be held in the middle of next month, just before the ECO summit scheduled to be held in Asgabad.

The inauguration of rail-link will also be attended by leaders of Central Asian States.

Ali Raza Sadra, member parliament, Mehdi Akhoundzadeh, Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, Mir Mahmoud Mousvi, Director General Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Iran, Interior Minister, Nasirullah Khan Babar were also present during the meeting.-APP
