Kazi takes oath as

permanent SHC CJ

KARACHI: Mr. Justice Mamoon Kazi, a judge of Sindh High Court (SHC) on Sunday took oath as permanent Chief Justice (CJ) of Sindh High Court at a simple ceremony held at the Governor House here.

The oath was administered by Sindh Governor Kamal Azfar. Mr. Justice Kazi replaces Mr. Justice Abdul Hafeez Memon who had been acting as Chief Justice of the High Court.

The swearing-in ceremony was attended, among others, by Provincial Law Minister Pir Mazharul Huq, Chief Minister's Adviser for Finance, Syed Asad Ali Shah, Judges of the High Court, Sindh Chief Secretary and other officials.-APP
