4 killed, 9 hurt

THATTA: Four persons, including woman and a girl, killed on the spot and nine others injured, a few of them seriously, when a coaster carrying bridal party from Karachi to Ghulamullah district Thatta, turned turtle near Gharo.

According to details, a coaster carrying bridal party from Malir, Karachi, to Ghulamullah in Thatta district, went out of control due to high speed and capsized on the national highway near Gharo, resulting in instant death of four persons and injuries to nine others. The injured were admitted into a local hospital. The Driver of the coach is learnt to have fled away from the spot.

The police registered a case and further investigations were proceeding.

Among those killed were Khadim Hussain, Abdullah, Noor Banu and a thirteen-year old unknown girl. Those injured included Zahid Hussain, Rasol Bux, Ali Mohammad, Mullah, Kiziban and four others.-PPI
