Indian metals unchanged

BOMBAY: Indian metal prices showed no major change on Wednesday over its previous closing rates amidst dull trade, said dealers.

Tin held steady at an improved level of 35,500 rupees per quintal in limited inflow. "Tin should attract profit-taking at current levels judging by the sluggish offtake," a dealer said.

Copper and zinc were unchanged at 15,400 rupees per quintal and 6,500 respectively.

Lead was quiet at 5,000 rupees per quintal and nickel ruled at 40,000 rupees per quintal on stray physical support.-Reuter
