to shareholders

LAHORE: Asif Hafeez Sheikh SEVP/GM (Admn) the Bank of Punjab has said that the Bank has made tremendous progress in the vital sectors of banking and is poised for still higher achievements in future.

According to a press release, he was addressing the MBA final year students of the Shah Abdul Latif Bhattai university, Sindh at the Training Institute of the Bank her on Wenesday.

He said the Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended 30% Bonus to Share holders which was highest among all the Banks. He said the Bank has earned gross profit of Rs. 193.571 million and it has decided to transfer Rs. 32 million to the reserve fund.

Earlier, William John Principal of the Institute informed the visiting students about the courses of study offered at the Institute and the distinctions won by the employees of the Bank in the IBP examination.-APP
