opens 5th outlet

in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: United Colors of Benetton opened its fifth sales outlet at City Towers Peshawar. The inauguration ceremony was performed by wife of the Chief Minister of NWFP.

As the first international brand to enter the Pakistani market, Benetton has opened sale outlets in major cities of Pakistan, starting with the premier outlet in Awami Markaz, Islamabad on July 3, 1995, followed by one in Paktel Center also in the Captial city and two in Karachi, located at Garnet Center, Clifton and Awami Markaz, Shara-e-Faisal. The opening of the fifth outlet is testimony to the fantastic response Benetton products have received in the market.

The City Towers, situated on University road is a new commercial complex which places all kind of consumer goods at the convenience of customers, is an ideal location for Benetton sales outlet.

The entity behind Benetton's introduction to Pakistan is the Kings Group - a private sector company. The Chairman of the Group while expressing satisfaction over the response Benetton has attracted so far in Islamabad and Karachi, hoped that the products of Benetton will be received with similar enthusiasm in Peshawar too.

Benetton has 7000 retail outlets spread over 12 countries.
