RECORDER REPORT

KARACHI: Four persons were killed in different incidents in the city on Wednesday.

The bullet riddled dead body of an 11 year old boy, Dilawar, was found lying in Orangi Town. The body bore marks of torture also. It was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital by Edhi ambulance.

Another bullet riddled body of an unidentified man was also recovered from Orangi Town.

Khursheed, 25, was killed in an encounter with police in Saeedabad. His body was removed to Civil Hospital.

An unidentified 17 year old youth was killed and Safdar, 25, was injured when they resisted a dacoity in a coach near Sohrab Goth. The dead body and

the injured were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Body of a newly born baby was found lying near a refuse dump in Baghdadi area.

Allah Dad, police constable and Abdul Rasheed were injured in sniper firing in Saeedabad area.

Mumtaz Akhtar and Mrs Salim were injured in different incidents of firing in Orangi Town.

Gul Nawaz was injured in sniper firing in Gulzar-i-Hijri area.

Police arrested Umer allegely involved in the killing of police men and the nephew of MNA Islammudin Shaikh.

Law enforcement agencies cordoned off several areas of Nazimabad including Chandni Chowk, Chota Maidan and Bara Maidan and started house to house search to arrest criminals and recover arms. They detained over 50 youths for investigation.

Shahzar, 5, Irfan and Rukhsana, were injured in firing incidents in Liaquatabad area.
