Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) will be observed throughout the NWFP province including tribal belt like other parts of the country with religious fervour and zeal.

The entire provincial metropolis has been decorated, giving festive look. All the important government and semi-government and private buildings have been tastefully illuminated. Big arches, banners and bunting have been displayed at all the important points in the city and cantonment areas. The buildings most beautifully decorated included State Life, Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, PIA, Peshawar Municipal Corporation, Historic Balahisar Fort and State Bank.
