recovers over
Rs 47mn in six months

HYDERABAD: The regional office of National Bank of Pakistan, Sindh (except Karachi) has recovered stuck up loans of Rs. 47.409 million during January to June 1995, a period of six months.
This was stated by the Regional Chief Executive of the Bank Fazul Haque S. Kazi while talking to Business Recorder here on Thursday.
He said among the nine regions of the National Bank throughout Pakistan, the recovery position of the Hyderabad region was third.
He said he had directed the branch managers of Jacobabad, Larkana, Ghotki, Khairpur and Shikarpur districts to accelerate the pace of the recovery of stuch up loans.
To a question Qazi said that the total amount of stuck up loans as on June 30, 1995 stood at 984.771.
