After the photo on the ID card was made compulsory for women, work has increased for the Directorate General of Registration, forcing people thronge the local Identity Card offices daily but are disappointed due to non-availability of the stamps.

Public are being advised by the staff of these offices to deposit a 'challan' worth Rs. five with the National Bank of Pakistan.
