QUETTA: The Institute of Bankers in Pakistan, Quetta Centre organized one day course on Customers Serivces at a local hotel which was attended by officers of local banks.

Bilal Mustafa, Provincial Chief, Allied Bank of Pakistan Limited was the chief guest in the concluding session.

Addressing the participants, he lauded efforts of the organizers of the course and hoped that the Institute will organize more course in future.

He stressed the participants to provide efficient, courteous and prompt service to their customers.

He reminded them that in this competitive era, only those would lead who would provide best services to their clients. He advised the participants to take quick decision. He also advised the organizers to arrange special course exclusively for ladies in future. He, later distributed certificates among the participants.

In the inaugural session, Ishtiaque Muhammad Khan was the chief guest.

Saleem Umar, SVP Pakistan Banking Council was specially invited from Karachi to conduct the course whose lecture was highly appreciated.
