KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday issued pre-admission notice to Advocate General Sindh, Secretary Local Bodies Government of Sindh, Rural Dvelopment and Katchi Abadi Department and the administrator KMC on constitutional petition challenging the position of nominated administrator and advisory council in KMC filed by Altaf Shakoor, President, Pasban, Karachi.

The petitioner has specifically prayed to the court to declare the nomination of administrator and advisory council as illegal and without lawful authority and issue direction to provincial election authority to hold fresh election of local bodies in Sindh without further delay.-PPI
