Date extended

ISLAMABAD: Due to torrential rains in almost all parts of country, the last date for submission of application for the 64 posts of Income Tax Officers (BPS-16) has been extended upto September 4, 1995, says a press release of Federal Public Service Commission.

The press release says: "It has also come to notice that the intending candidates are facing difficulty in obtaining the forms from the District Headquarters branches of the National Bank of Pakistan. The bank authorities have been requested to supply the photocopy of the forms which are acceptable to the commission. Further, the examination for the said posts can also be held at D.I. Khan, Multan, Faisalabad, Sukkur, Hyderabad, Larkana and Muzaffarabad (Azad Kashmir) apart from Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta centres in case sufficient number of applications are received from the areas covered by those centres.-APP
