KARACHI: The office of the daily "Amn" Karachi was attacked on Wednesday by a group of "miscreants armed with sophisticated weapons in an attempt on the life of Ajmal Dehlavi, Editor, who is also chief of the MQM's negotiating team, according to reports available late night.

Ajmal Dehlavi, however, escaped unhurt.

According to details the miscreants who came in a car first hurled a bomb at office of daily "Amn" and opened indiscriminate firing.

Ajmal Dehlavi was present in the office at that time.-PPI
