The House offered Fateha for the departed souls of veteran Muslim Leaguer and father of MPA Javed Daultana, Mian Mumtaz Mohammad Khan Daultana and wife of MPA Khwaja Riaz Mahmud.

A condolence resolution was also adopted after Syed Tabish Alvari and others had recounted the services rendered by the late Daultana.

Session which started on Sunday afternoon was 22nd of the present assembly which was constituted in October 1993 and eleventh of its second parliamentary year which starts with the first sitting of the legislature.

During second parliamentary year, the opposition had requisitioned session seventh time and this was 8th session so requisitioned.

Prior to Sunday's session, the House had met for 68 days against constitutional requirement of minimum of 70 days in a parliamentary year.
