52 arrested

KARACHI: Karachi Police have arrested 52 persons from different localities and recovered arms and narcotics from their possession.

According to police source, 14 persons were arrested from South, 9 from East, 21 from West, 3 from Central and five from Malir districts.

Police have recovered four revolvers, one mouser, a carbine, a dagger and live bullets, from accused Saeed Ahmed, Erick, Sikandar, Taj Mohammad, Rahim, Din Mohammad and seven other persons.

Six hundred gram charas was recovered from accused Gul Mohammad.

Police nabbed 20 accused for breach of peace and seventeen involved in various crimes.

Cases against accused persons have been registered and police are further making investigation against them.-APP
