The following twenty BS-20 officers of Income Tax Group are promoted to BS-21 with immediate effect:-

S. Shabbir Ahmad Hashmi, Sarfraz Ahmad, S.M. Sibtain, Saleeem Asghar Mian, Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Aftab Iqbal Rathore, Ashfaq Ahmad, Syed Shaukat Ali Zaidi, Sheikh Muhammad Munir, Hamidullah Malik, Abdul Rehman Afridi, Muhammad Mahboob Alam, Sikandar Kaleem Fazal, S. Mohsin Akhtar, Shariq Mahmood, Farooq Ahmad Malik, Ahmad Khan, Mrs. Safia Chaudhry, Rahat Nasim Malik, and Muhammad Akhtar Nazar Mian.

This issues with the approval of competent authority conveyed vide Establishment Division's O.M.No. 6/8/95-CP.6, dated 15.8.1995.

In pursuance of CBR's Notification No. 141-ITE/95, dated 17th August, 1995, transfer and posting of the following BS-21 officers of the Income Tax Group are ordered with immediate effect and until further orders as under:-

Aftab Iqbal Rathore posted as Regional Commissioner of Income Tax, Corporate Region, Karachi.

Sheikh Muhammad Munir posted as Regional Commissioner of Income Tax, Eastern Region, Lahore.

Rahat Nasim Malik posted as Regional Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Region, Multan.

The officers shall assume charge of their new assignments by 24th August, 1995.

In pursuance of CBR's Notification No. 141-ITE/95, dated 17th August, 1995, the services of the following BS-21 officers of the Income Tax Group are placed with immediate effect at the disposal of Chairman, Income Tax Settlement Commission, Islamabad for their posting against benches mentioned against each:-

Farooq Ahmad Malik posted to Islamabad Bench.

Mrs. Safia Chaudhry posted to Lahore Bench.

Consequent upon his promotion to BS-21 vide CBR's Notification No. 141-ITE/95, dated the 17th August 1995, S. Shabbir Ahmad Hashmi, will remain posted as Member, Income Tax Settlement Commission, Karachi.

Consequent upon his promotion to BS-21 vide CBR's Notification No.141-ITE/95, dated the 17th August 1995, Ahmad Khan, will remain posted as Member (Administration and Tax Policy), Central Board of Revenue, Islamabad.

In pursuance of the Establishment Division's O.M. No. 27/2/95/CP.3, dated 15th August 1995, the following 37 Additional Commissioners of Income Tax (BS-19) are promoted to the post of Commissioner of Income Tax (BS-20) with immediate effect:

Abdul Minam Jaffery, Mumtaz Ahmad, Mazhar Farooq Sheerazi, Iqbal Ahmed, Syed Asghar Abbas, Imtiaz Ali Khan, M.
