futures steady

MANILA: Manila soybean futures contracts were all unchanged after traders retreated to the sidelines and buying sentiment dried up, dealers said.

A fall in CBOT soybean futures and reports U.S. soybean growing areas have benefitted from rain in the past two weeks dampened sentiment in the market, they said.

September futures was steady at 354.50 pesos per 60-kg bag. November and February were also unchanged at 337.50 and 334.50, respectively.

Turnover was 210 lots.-Reuter
