RECORDER REPORT

FAISALABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation has rationalized the tariff for bureau fax service and decided to charge Rs 5 to Rs 20 per page other than fax charges in the country.

According to an announcement of Director Accounts (tariff) PTC, the revised tariff for bureau fax service is as under:-

A) Local fax call: Rs 5 for each A-4 size paper.

B) National fax call: Actual call charges of time for fax message plus Rs 5 for each A-4 size paper.

C) International fax calls: Actual call charges of time for fax message plus Rs 10 for each A-4 size paper.

D) Delivery of incoming fax messages:

At public counter, i.e., PCO or customer service centre: Rs 10 per message.

Home delivery through messenger: Rs 20 per message.

E) Enlistment of parties/individuals for bureau fax for delivery of incoming message: Rs 150 per annum.
