put off till 21st

KARACHI: The Shalimar Express case against the women leaders of Pakistan Muslim League (N), came up hearing before Ali Ahmad Jamani, Railway Magistrate on Sunday. After a brief hearing, he fixed the next day for trial on August 21.

Prominent Muslim League leaders Womens Wing (N) Karachi, Mrs Mumtaz Qureshi, Dr Sultana Ibrahim, Noor Jehan, Nargis Marium and Ramazanu were charged for alleged demonstration on the railway track in response to a protest call given by the Chief of the Pakistan Muslim League.

The respondents were being defended by Iqbal Ahmed Advocate.-PPI
