THAROSHAH: Seven prominent workers of the PPP led by Laiq Ajjan have severed their resignations with PPP and joined the Pakistan Muslim League PML (N). It is officially announced by them in a joint statement.

Explaining the reasons for their resignation from PPP, they said that the people of Tharoshah had elected Syed Zafar Ali Shah, Deputy Sepaker of the National Assembly and the Provincial Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, but regretted since their coming into power these elected members never held any open Kutchery to listen the acute problems of their electorates.

They said, the people of Tharoshah were still suffering under the accumulated problems. They alleged that some of the development schemes, including setting up of a degree college and supply of Sui gas approved and sanctioned by the previous (Nawaz) government, instead "if being implemented were cancelled by the present government, without least regards to the welfare of the people of Tharoshah and its adjecent areas," they charged.-PPI
