NEW YORK: New York physical coffee differentials were stable in uninspired trade ahead of the weekend, industry sources said on Friday.

The buying interest from the roasting sector seen earlier in the week had all but faded by Friday, as the market retreated into its typical summer doldrums.

"It was very quiet, a Friday in summertime," said one dealer. "But I think over the next few weeks we'll see a pick up in business."-Reuter
