Baber said that an aerial photograph of whole of Karachi has been taken in which any house in the city can be identified.

Replying to a question he said that in Orangi Law Enforcement Agencies now take action in only specified sectors on receipt of information about pressence of terrorists.

He said once an action is taken in a sector, the same is not repeated unless definite information is received about presence of terrorists there.

When the interior minister was informed about the attitude of police who would arrest hundreds of persons and release them only on payment of big money, he said he would be the first to take action against such policemen if definite examples are brought to his notice.
