RECORDER REPORT
LAHORE: Hamza Shahbaz, son of former chief minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif on Sunday called upon nation to stand united in the wake of Indian threat on border.
Hamza, speaking at Jamia Naeemia on the second death anniversary of religious scholar Mufti Muhammad Naeemi, said that the country needs economic stability to give tough competition to its adversaries in the region.
He said their party was poised to make Pakistan an economic tiger in the region. The country has a lot of potential and despite difficulties in system still could improve tremendously, if an effort was made, he added.
Hamza conceded that certain mistakes were committed by their party during the previous regime. "Hopefully, we will correct those mistakes in the future," he maintained.
