HYDERABAD: The department of computer science, Isra University, Hyderabad organised a two-day software competition and computer exhibition at Isra University campus here on March 03 and 04.

Prof Dr Asadullah Kazi, vice chancellor, Isra University inaugurated the software competition and computer exhibition. He expressed appreciation for all those who had participated in the competition. He was impressed by the high standard of competition and praised the skills, hard work and talent of students. He said such exhibitions provided an opportunity for the software developing firms to offer jobs to young promising graduates. He paid tributes to Dr Shah and Mrs Bhatti for organising the event.

Dr Asadullah Shah Bukhari chairperson of department of computer science said that Isra University had kept its promise to pay back to the society in which we are living.

Mrs. Salma Bhatti, coordinator, of the event said that this competition was another feather in the cap of Isra University, which at the early stage of its inception had organised such an event.

Kamran Karim, student of BSc (Hons) won first prize, M Rahim Khowaja, student of BCs (Hons) won second prize and Mansoor A Bhatti student of MBA (MIS) won third prize.

Prof Dr Ghulan Qadir Kazi, president, Isra Islamic Foundation (IIF) was the chief guest on the final day and distributed prizes and certificates among the winners.
