21 Hajis die of

heart ailments

ISLAMABAD: Twentyone out of 79,850 Hujjaj who have reached the holy land so far have died due to heart ailments, a spokesman of Haj Directorate said on Saturday.

The remaining more than 20,000 Hujjaj will reach Saudi Arabia by 78 flights to be operated from different cities by March 11.

The spokesman said, no complaint has been received from Hujjaj about their stay in Saudi Arabia and on other matters. Army monitoring team is keeping an eye on the entire Haj operation.

Thanking the positive response of Saudi Visa Consular in Islamabad, he said majority of NOC holders issued by Haj Directorate have been granted Haj visas. No more NOCs will be issued now, the spokesman added.ÑAPP
