LHC to hear appeal against Ehtesab courts
RECORDER REPORT
LAHORE: The Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHR) constituted a bench for hearing appeals against the decisions of the ehtisab courts.
Chief Justice Mian Allah Nawaz appointed Justice Riaz Kiyani and Justice Khawja Muhammad Shaif members of the bench.
It is the very first bench constituted for hearing appeals against the decisions of the ehtesab courts.
