Army monitoring team visits Ganga Ram Hospital

LAHORE: The army monitoring team for Lahore paid a surprise visit to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital here on Friday and expressed its satisfaction over the performance of different departments of the hospital.

The team was led by Lt. Col. Waheed and Major Almas, which inspected Outdoor Patients Department (OPD), CCU, ICU, casualty ward, surgical unit, orthopedic ward, x-ray department, clinical laboratory, operation theater and the medical store.

The team talked to the patients and their attendants about their problems, particularly the attitude of the hospital staff.

The Medical Superintendent, Dr. Abdul Karim Khan, briefed the team about the steps which were taken for providing better treatment facilities to the patients. The team also inspected the complaint cell, established in the hospital.
