Jodia Bazar depicts mixed price pattern

KARACHI: Fairly large trading activity was marked on the Jodia Bazar, where prices depicted mixed trend on Thursday.
Variations were noted in plastic mouldings and Kirana items.
Plastic mouldings: compound HDPE film HDP952 dropped sharply by Rs. 1.50 to Rs. 27, Korea 3080 conceded Re. 1 to Rs. 27, Mobil lost Rs. 1.50 to Rs. 27 and 6888 shed Re. 1 to Rs. 27. HDPE injection Ladene 200056 dropped Rs. 1.50 to Rs. 29.50, Thai was quoted at Rs. 30 and Escorene conceded Rs. 1.50 to Rs. 31. HDPE blow 6007 conceded 50 paisa to Rs. 27.50 and Mobil lost same amount. LDPE Thai lost 50 paisa to Rs. 28, Lotrene 0374 conceded Rs. 1.50 to Rs. 28 and Korea quoted at Rs. 28. LLDPE W118 Ladene lost Rs. 1.25 to Rs. 27, Escorene shed Rs. 1.25 to Rs. 27 and 7087 retreated by Re. 1 to Rs. 27. Polypropylene film Thai lost Rs. 1.50 to Rs. 23.50 and Indonesia shed same amount to Rs. 23.50. Polypropylene injection grade Hanwa dropped 25 paisa to Rs. 23.25. Polystyrene high impact polyrex PH88 conceded Re. 1 to Rs. 33, MC 59 shed same amount to Rs. 33 and Saudia gave in Re. 1 to Rs. 33. Polystyrene GP Saudia lost Rs. 85 to Rs. 1,750, Pakistan dropped Rs. 15 to Rs. 1,680, Polyrex dropped Rs. 85 to Rs. 1,750 and Dow conceded Rs. 100 to Rs. 1710. ABS polylac conceded Rs. 50 to Rs. 2,150 and Toyalac quoted at Rs. 2,150.
Kirana itesm: Black pepper from Vietnam retreated by Rs. 200 to Rs. 14,000, black pepper from Singapore rose by Rs. 200 to Rs. 13,900, big cardamom conceded Rs. 100 to Rs. 17,900, cloves rose by Rs. 200 to Rs. 12,300, dry ginger was quoted sharply down at Rs. 2,850, isbaghol bhoosi shed Rs. 100 to Rs. 7,200 and tamarind rose by Rs. 100 to Rs. 7,800.
