Guarantor's property forfeited

FAISALABAD: Additional District & Session Judge Faisalabad, Abdul Shakoor Choudhry has ordered to forfeit the property of one Talib Hussain resident of Chak No.33 JB who was a guarantor of accused Mohammed Naeem illaqa Thikriwala facing trial in a hadood case. He had assured the Session court that he will produce accused Mohammed Naeem on next hearing but instead he, along with accused also remained abstained from the court on fixed date.
