Aptma general body meets

RECORDER REPORT

KARACHI: The general body of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association met on March 14, at Lahore in an extra-ordinary general meeting to consider and approve amendments to the Memorandum and the Articles of the Association of Aptma as proposed by the Central Managing Committee of the Association.

The General Body unanimously approved all the amendments proposed by the Central Managing Committee except Article 52 (pertaining to the composition of the Managing Committee).

After considerable deliberation and debate the General Body deferred decision on Article 52.
