Faysal Bank announces 25 pc right shares
KARACHI: Faysal Bank Limited has announced right share at the rate of 25 percent (Ratio 1:4) at par Rs. 10 each as announced by the Board of Directors of the Bank on March 2.
According to Karachi Stock Exchange, the share transfer books of the Bank will remain closed from April 14 to 27, (btoh days inclusive) for entitlement of right shares.ÑAPP
