ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Members are hereby notified that pursuat to Section 178(3) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 following persons have filed with the Company notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as directors of Quality Textile Mills Limited at the 11th Annual General Meeting to be held on March 24, 2000.

3. Mr. Muhammad Younus Hashim 4. Mrs. Rizwana

5. Mr. Imran M. Younus 6. Mr. Muhammad Idrees Abid

7. Mr. Idreis Khokhar

Since number of contestants are not more than seven as fixed under section 178(1) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, the above named persons shall be deemed to be elected as directors of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
