Japan's current account surplus falls
TOKYO: Japan's current account surplus in January fell 22.8 percent from last year to 610.9 billion yen (5.8 billion dollars), the finance ministry said on Friday.
The trade surplus dropped 27.9 percent to 662.6 billion yen with exports up 0.9 percent to 3,365.3 billion yen and imports rising 11.9 percent to 2,702.7 billion yen. AFP
