NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 11th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the members of A-AZHAR TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED will be held on Friday, the 31 March, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. at its Registered Office 222 Metro Plaza, Multan to transact the following business.

1. Recitation from the Holy Quran and its translation.

2. To confirm the minutes of the10th annual general meeting held on 29th June, 1999.

3. To receive and adopt the audited accounts together with the directors and auditors reports for the year ended 30th September, 1999.

4. To appoint auditors and fix their remuneration.

5. To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.

NOTES:

1. The Share transfer books of the company will remain closed from 26th March, 2000 to 6th April, 2000 (both days inclusive).

2. A member entitled to attend and vote at the general meeting entitled to appoint proxy Proxies in order to be effective must be received by the company at its Registered Office not later than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.

3. Members are requested to promptly notify the company of any change in their address.
