Add Musharraf assures

After inaugurating the millennium spring festival and witnessing the lively contested Buzkashi match here on Friday, Chief Executive General Pervez Musharraf announced to change the name of the Army stadium to Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed stadium, Nishan-e-Haider a Kargil hero.

The Chief Executive, who graced the occasion as chief guest in his brief remarks, said that he was pleased to change the name of Army stadium and named it after hero of Kargil Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed.

He thanked the organisers and participants of both the teams of Buzkashi: Khurasaan and Ariyana for the lively and interesting contest. Players of both teams were Afghan refugees.
