Indian bond auction commission 0.13 rupees-dealers
BOMBAY: Primary dealers will get an underwriting commission of 13 paise (0.13 rupees) per hundred rupees for the 11.83 percent 2014 bond being auctioned by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Saturday, a primary dealer said.
The central bank is re-issuing this stock for a notified amount of 50 billion rupees through a price based auction on Saturday.The results of the auction are expected by evening.
Primary dealers received underwriting commissions of 3 paise (0.03 rupees) and 9 paise (0.09 rupees) respectively at the twin-auction of 11.68 percent 2006 and 12.30 percent 2016 bonds on November 22.-Reuters
